Tony's Brandy Alexander Recipe (6-8 drinks)

Brandy Alexander's have been a favorite cocktail at the Saperstein Thanksgiving and LaMarca Christmas Holiday celebrations.

Blend together:

• 8 scoops of "Haagen-Dazs" Vanilla ice cream (lesser ice creams will not have the rich flavorful taste)
• 1 cup milk
• 5 shots of brandy
• 2 shots of creme de cocoa

Serve in a champagne glass.  Top with nutmeg.  Enjoy.
